• The design and development of custom websites.

• The creation and delivery of design templates.

• Textual and visual content creation (content design).

• Digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

By accepting these terms, you represent that you have reached the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence, and that you possess the legal capacity to contract professional services. Our services are exclusively intended for commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional use.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment Terms

3.1. Order Acceptance

Every project order (website, template, marketing campaign) is subject to validation. We reserve the right to refuse any order or limit the services provided to any person, geographical area, or jurisdiction.

3.2. Pricing

Prices for our services are listed on our pricing pages or specified in a custom quote. We reserve the right to modify our rates at any time without prior notice, on the understanding that projects currently being processed will retain the price validated during the initial payment.

3.3. Billing and Payment Security

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed by highly secure, third-party payment gateways. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the total amount of the ordered transaction.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1. Digital Products and Services

Due to the entirely digital and intangible nature of our Services (design files, website source codes, downloadable templates, execution of marketing services), all sales are final. Once a project has commenced or a deliverable has been sent, no refunds will be granted.

4.2. Project Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a custom design order before production has effectively begun by our teams, you must contact us as soon as possible. Non-refundable administrative and bank processing fees may be deducted from the initial amount.

5. Intellectual Property and Copyrights

5.1. Our Rights and Pre-existing Elements

All intellectual property rights related to the Retailanchor website, our brand, our logos, our texts, our graphics, as well as the technical structure of our non-customized templates remain the exclusive property of Retailanchor.

5.2. Rights to Customized Deliverables

Upon receipt of full payment for the service, Retailanchor grants the Client the rights to use, modify, and exploit the website or content specifically designed for their business. However, the Client is strictly prohibited from reselling our proprietary codes, base themes, or templates to third parties as direct competing products without our prior written consent.

6. Acceptable Use and Prohibitions

You are strictly prohibited from using our Services, our designs, or our website:

• For any unlawful purpose or to encourage third parties to perform illegal acts.

• To violate international, federal, provincial, or state laws.

• To impersonate third parties or provide false billing information.

• To upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or scripts intended to harm the operation of our infrastructure or third-party platforms.

• To copy, duplicate, or resell any part of our Services without express authorization.

Failure to comply with this clause will result in the immediate termination of your services without the right to compensation.
