1. Digital Products and Instant Access
All purchases made on our website—including but not limited to monthly or annual subscription plans, pay-as-you-go credit packs, and custom enterprise tokens—are considered digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) products.
Because access to our neural infrastructure, data models, and computing resources is granted immediately upon successful payment, all sales are final, and Retailanchor LLC does not offer refunds or credits for any partially used subscription periods.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time.

3. Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds
We value our community of digital entrepreneurs and recognize that technical issues or billing errors can happen. Retailanchor LLC may, at its sole discretion, review and issue a refund under the following limited circumstances:

Duplicate Charges: If our payment system accidentally charges you twice for the same billing period, we will promptly refund the duplicate transaction.

Severe Infrastructure Failure: If a verifiable technical glitch on our end prevents you from accessing the infrastructure for an extended period, and our team cannot resolve it within 48 hours of your formal report, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund or account credit.

Subscription Grace Period: If you forgot to cancel a renewal and contact us within 24 hours of the automated charge without having used any platform resources/credits during that new cycle, we may issue a refund minus a small payment processing fee.
4. Account Abuse and Termination
If Retailanchor LLC detects malicious activity, data scraping, structural platform abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service on your account, we reserve the right to terminate your access immediately. Accounts terminated due to a breach of our terms are completely ineligible for a refund.
